Took me til 2:45 today to actually work out! But I did it!

Ever dread your workouts?!?!? Yeah - its rare, but sometimes I do too and today, I did. I owed myself a 9 mile training run this morning, but after sleeping in, making coffee, drinking coffee, watching meet the press, reading my marketing text book and watching Vampire Diaries on my DVR, I realized it was 2:30 and I'd only left myself around ninety minutes to exercise.

So I contemplated skipping it... but then I clicked over to the Trim 360 Weight Loss Coach Blog  and guess what I found! Seriously guys, this is real. I did not plant this story. I was going to skip my run, make up for it later and here was the headline shouting at me in my sweats on a cold Sunday afternoon....

Ok - so no way I'm going to crush 9 miles in 90 minutes, I don't run that fast, but I'll do what I can. What keeps you motivated? How do you get out and work out when you'd rather not - or more realistically - what do you think would get you moving when you are stuck? Tips please! Let's share.

Final Stats: 7.25 Miles - 1:35 minutes - Happy but now running late for family dinner!
